Greene & Company ships via UPS Ground Insured unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid and will be included on your invoice. Your shipment can be expedited on request (Next Day or 2nd Day). Any additional charges will be added to your invoice. If your order is shipped within New Jersey or North Carolina, appropriate sales tax will be collected. Artwork: We will typeset straight text imprints, free of charge for your first order. If you have a logo (additional charge) you wish to use, please provide it in an acceptable format: Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps – fonts included or converted to outlines), PDF, or TIF. Please be sure all artwork is vector or at least 300dpi raster. Any image less than 300 dpi (or JPG format) may appear choppy or blurry. Please email artwork and any related questions to art@egreene.com. We will be happy to provide a proof if one is requested.
